Tec-Masters will be highlighting our engineering work at the 2019 International Space Station R&D Conference July 29 in Atlanta, Georgia

The 2019 International Space Station R&D Conference gets underway Monday, July 29th at the Hyatt Regency hotel in Atlanta. This year’s theme is “Accelerating Our Future in Space.” Tec-Masters Director Mala Thompson and Senior Engineer Scott Gilley will be highlighting our engineering design and development and prototyping capabilities. Our experience with flight payloads aboard the International Space Station (ISS) will also be demonstrated. Chris Butler will provide a presentation on the Microgravity Science Glovebox.

Hosted by the U.S. National Laboratory, NASA and the American Astronautical Society, the ISSRD conference connects over a thousand key players and thought leaders to collaborate within a powerful ecosystem that moves innovation closer to reality. The conference offers scientists, industry experts and investors the opportunity to learn about the increased utilization of the ISS National Lab from multiple industries, the expanding space infrastructure of new facilities and commercial services partners, and the infusion of private-sector investments. The ISS is creating momentum in space-based research and technology development to benefit humankind for years to come.
