Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI).
PEO STRI provides life cycle management of interoperable training, testing and simulation solutions required for soldier readiness and the defense community.
Under the primary contract vehicle utilized by PEO STRI; the Omnibus Contract (STOC) program, Tec-Masters is a highly utilized contractor and holds one of the highest dollar value of awards.

Our training development staff is thoroughly steeped in the Training Course Design and Development processes. Our processes translate critical individual
tasks into sequential, progressive and effective training and produce lesson plans, Training Support Packages (TSPs), student evaluation plans and products,
and programs of instructions.
Our staff has developed and conducted quality Instructor and Key Personnel Training (I&KPT) products for new systems, with several well-trained Army Systems Approach to Training (ASAT) operators.
