Tec-Masters' eTeaching Institute is an on-line Internet service that provides live teacher-moderated electronic class rooms from anywhere that there is Internet Access. Since no software is needed, access can be gained from classroom computers, computer labs, media centers, public libraries or from home. The system also hosts over 200 courses.
