Review/assess the cyber threat environment (including computer security threat assessments) for MDA Subscriber network applicability and disseminate guidance to improve network defensive posture. Monitor the cyber threat environment and notify Subscriber networks of changes in the threat and recommend updates to network/ system configurations/rule sets. The candidate will also support the development, establishment, review and update of CND response procedures, Standard Operating Procedures, Internal Operating Processes, manuals, and other MDA Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT) documentation.

Minimum requirements

• Candidates must meet certification requirements IAW DoD 8570.1-M at IAT Level III or higher (minimum CISA, GCED, GCIH, CISSP, or CASP), be enrolled in Continuing Education (CE) to maintain certification, and must obtain CNDSP-IR/A (GCIA, CEH, GCIH, CSIH or GCFA) within six months of hire.
