Training Course Development

Our training development staff is thoroughly steeped in the Training Course Design and Development processes. Our processes translate critical individual tasks into sequential, progressive and effective training and produce lesson plans, training support packages, student evaluation plans and products, and programs of instructions.

Our staff has also developed quality Instructor and Key Personnel Training (I&KPT) products for new systems and has also conducted I&KPT.

Our training development staff also has several well-trained Army Systems Approach to Training (ASAT) operators.

Distance Learning Course Development

Our doctrine and training development staff produces high quality Interactive Multimedia Instruction courseware. We have highly qualified educational specialists, graphic designers, computer programmers and technical writers. We can produce Level I through Level III instruction that is Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) compliant.

New Equipment Training   

Our Training, Doctrine and Courseware Development staff has extensive experience conducting New Equipment Training for the Army, Army National Guard and the Marine Corps. Our approach is to hire fully qualified former Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) instructors and then qualify them on all subjects to be taught to the TRADOC standard.

Training Development

Our training development staff has years of experience in the development of Doctrine, Tactics, Techniques and Procedures; Training Support Packages; Collective and Individual Task Analysis; and resident and non-resident Training Course Development.

Training Support Packages (TSPs)

Our training development staff has developed many TSPs for the Field Artillery School and for the Future Combat Vehicle Program. The TSPs range from squad/section level packages to Corps Artillery level.

Critical Task Analysis

We have several members of our training development staff who are experienced with conducting critical task analysis in accordance with the Army’s TRADOC Regulation 350-70 and the Marine Corps’ Systems Approach to Training Manual. These analyses include job analyses to determine critical tasks, task analyses to determine conditions, standards, performance steps and measures and skills/knowledge.

Doctrine, Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (DTTP) Manuals

Our staff has developed numerous DTTP manuals for the Army. This includes revision and updating of existing manuals such as FM 3-09.50 and complete development of new manuals such as the TTP for XM982 EXCALIBUR munition, the PROFILER Meteorological Measuring Set and the Improved Position Azimuth Determining System.

We have a broad range of expertise and expert researchers and technical writers. Our quality control procedures ensure our DTTP products are technically and tactically correct manual as well as error free.

Platform Instruction

Tec-Masters training and doctrine staff also conducts Advanced Individual Training (AIT) instruction for several Military Occupational Specialties (MOS). Our approach is to hire only highly qualified former instructors who have previously taught the courses they will teach and have been instructor qualified by TRADOC.
