Wynnewood Technologies WTI is a well-established organization with a strong corporate structure to support the client, their employees, and their business management practices. WTI is headquartered in Landover, Maryland with program support offices located at the U.S. Department of Energy, Germantown, Maryland and the Forrestal Building, Washington, D.C. WTI executes the management of its services to clients by the intense involvement of the President, a Management Advisory Board and Project Managers at the various project sites. The President is responsible for the day-to-day well being of the corporation and relies on the Project Managers for successful implementation of each project. The President and Project Managers have at their disposal a Management Advisory Board, consisting of active management personnel/consultants and advisors from both external and corporate internal sources, to seek expert counsel, advice, and assistance in executing assigned tasks. The corporation is managed day to day using an expert staff to meet the operations, accounting, contract management, and human resource obligations of the firm. WTI’s relevant work experience includes the establishment, operation and maintenance of Correspondence Control Centers at the Department of Energy Germantown, Maryland and Washington, DC. Activities include manipulation of classified and unclassified correspondence, documents and data. WTI also provides travel services and inputs financial data and information into the Foreign Travel Management System (FTMS 7.0) and the Departmental Integrated Accounting System from which WTI also generates reports. WTI provides administrative support and assistance to the DOE Office of Science and information technology support for the DOE Office of Science Corporate Portfolio Management Environment (PME), as well as project and program management and computer graphics support. Additional capapabilities include, IT networking., E-Commerce, Video Production Transcription services, and Language Translation Services. WTI is experienced in performing conference management and logistics support for host organizations, which includes; coordinating with participants and exhibitors, initiating the site selection processes, negotiating facility arrangements and costs, managing equipment and banquet expenditures, providing logistical, facility set-up and operations; and organizing meals, refreshments and special focus food arrangements. WTI is currently providing this type of support for the Fetzer Institute and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Community Services. WTI has supported Dept of Education, Health and Human services, the Fetzer Institute, Prince Georges Chamber of Commerce Business Expo, and the Dept of Energy, ITER Conference.
