INFOPATH is a minority woman-owned 8(a) certified small disadvantaged firm headquartered in Kensington, Maryland with a satellite office in Atlanta, Ga. INFOPATH has expertise in designing and delivering innovative training programs, creative marketing collateral, excellence in management and organization development consulting; and designing and developing state-of-the art telecommunications and IT solutions. In addition, INFOPATH designs and implements programs for performance improvement, organizational effectiveness, change management, and process re-engineering.

Training:     The INFOPATH team is comprised of an experienced group of courseware development experts with a composite of over 40 years of experience in instructor-led and technology-based training. We have experts who have designed and developed corporate and governmental e-learning training portals; developed content management strategies and learning content management systems; and conducted training performance improvement analysis. The INFOPATH team has designed and developed high profile instructor-led, video-based instruction, computer-based and web-based training for academia, government and industry using both asynchronous and synchronous methodologies and tactics carefully matched to the user's needs and the learner's technological capabilities and limitations. To develop and design the training solutions, INFOPATH utilizes its five-step process grounded in the Instructional Systems Development (ISD) model: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.

Security Subject Matter Expertise:     INFOPATH has world-renowned security subject matter expertise team members. The INFOPATH team has the capability to provide consulting services in the areas of network security, telecommunications security and computer security. Demonstrated expertise in the following areas: design of secure information systems, analyses of threats and vulnerabilities to systems and networks, investigations of electronic industrial espionage, security audits and assessments of facilities and their computer systems and networks, intellectual property expert analysis and testimony, market assessments, strategic planning for information security products and services, bid and proposal analysis and strategy, and developing custom information security awareness programs.

Wireless and Wired LAN:     INFOPATH has the expertise to provide turnkey Wireless and Wired LAN installation with a specialty in free and/or fee based Wi-Fi 802.11 high speed Internet access for PDA, laptop and mobile users. The INFOPATH team will provide all necessary services including Project Management and Project Controls, Project Engineering, Quality Assurance and Installation. Quality Assurance will provide the ability to help ISPs and Contractors the ability to manage and control the QA/QC, design and testing of the wireless network. Additional services include:

• Deployment Strategy per Pilot/Phase/Wired Backhaul
• WLAN Architecture Description: Documents that relate to the wireless infrastructure to include all information, details, specifications, and capabilities of major systems and subsystems
• Wireless/Hotspot Preparation: Discuss the approach, methodology, and plans associated with wireless node mounting such as pole qualification, utility pole agreements, GIS locations
• Site Plan and Equipment Installation: Focus on all necessary wireless access point and backhaul equipment identification
• Installing Wi-Fi Equipment and Backhaul Services: The physical implementation and system integration of backhaul equipment, wireless rooftop hardware, and wireless node equipment
• Test Wireless/Hotspot Coverage Areas: Testing of each subsystem and portions of the wireless network in phases
• Pilot/Citywide Peerform Testing: Providing documentation containing final test results, wireless RF coverage, and completed punch list items for compliance technical specification.
