Tec-Masters Multimedia Productions has expanded its capability for providing multimedia support by adding a videoconferencing studio within its facility. This state-of-the-art studio has the latest in videoconferencing equipment. The client is provided with the capability for point-to-point or point-to-multipoint conferencing. In addition, conferencing is provided via an Integrated Service Digital Network (ISDN) or to the desktop by an Internet Service Provider (ISP) network.

Using videoconferencing can reduce your organization’s cost because budget and staff resources can be more strategically allocated and cost associated with travel, lodging, meals, rental cars, per diem, and downtime can be reduced.

We offer a state-of-the-art VTC facility that can accomodate as few as 1 person to as many as 10. Tec-Master's VTC offers:

• The most technologically advanced POLYCOM system
• Two Sony flat screen televisions
• Videotaping capabilities
• Audio participation
• In-room conference coordinator/network attendant
• Scan converter/document cameral to transmit printed and electronic materials
• Point-to-Point or Multi-Point connections and much more.

• Meeting room alone (no VTC): $50/hr
• Point-to-point VTC: $200/hr
• Multi-point VTC: $200/hr plus $50 for each port

Hourly rates include preparation and set-up, planning and consultation, coordination with other host locations, room rental and equipment use, and conference/network coordinator.
