Tec-Masters as part of system maintenance and new software development provides User’s and Operator’s manuals and updates and maintains these manuals as required.  Tec-Masters conducts personal user training and develops CBTs and user documentation.  Tec-Masters develops training packages, conducts training using CBT, train-the-trainer, and train-the user-methods either in classroom, over the internet, or on an individual basis.  Tec-Masters provides training materials, on-line help, and set up and installation instructions.
