As part of a development team, provides on-site analysis, development and modification of Government analysis tools. Develops, integrates, tests, and installs modifications to the supporting data management and analysis applications. Individual will utilize current and evolving analysis techniques, software and processes to satisfy Government requirements for software tools to support statistical analysis of supply and maintenance data. This task includes development and maintenance of repositories/data bases, applications and web-based user interfaces. Experience with Java, J2EE, JDBC, Struts required. Knowledge of BEA WebLogic and Eclipse required. Knowledge of SuSE Linux Enterprise Server administration is required. Knowledge of Oracle database required. Data Management and Configuration Management experience a plus. Experience in Army Aviation systems is a plus. A BS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, SW Engineering, Math, Engineering or a related discipline is required. A minimum of 10 years of programming experience working with software development, data management, or web programming is required. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance.

Individual will utilize current and evolving analysis techniques, software and processes to satisfy Government requirements for software tools to support business processes. This task includes development and maintenance of repositories/data bases and applications to manipulate and present them. Experience with C, C++, or C# required. Knowledge of MS.Net and Cold Fusion desired. Knowledge of MS Server administration is required. Data Management and Configuration Management experience a plus. A BS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, SW Engineering, Math, Engineering or a related discipline is required. Description of job duties: Support design development, analysis and testing of roll and reaction control systems (RoCS/ReCs) for the ARES launch vehicles. Said systems comprise hypergolic thrusters, propellant delivery systems, flow control valves and thrust structures. Responsibilities would include: 1) characterizing thermal environments and corresponding [thermal] responses of system components (and integrated systems thereof), 2) assessing suitability of proposed designs in light of documented requirements, 3) developing and determining the effectiveness of thermal protection systems, 4) materials specification and evaluation, and 5) supporting the development and execution of hardware test plans. Education requirements: Candidates must have a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering from an accredited institution, in addition to at least two (2) years related experience. Cooperative education experience may be included in determining years of related experience. While not specifically required, advanced engineering degree(s) will be considered favorably in the selection process. Familiarity with hypergolic propulsion systems and/or spacecraft flight control systems will be similarly considered. Experience with SINDA and/or PATRAN is advantageous

Requirements: Desired 4 to 8 years experience in radar theory and systems to include: system simulation, signal and data processor emulation and performance evaluation.
