ISO 9001 Quality System

The international Standard Organization (ISO) promotes a process approach to developing, implementing and improving the effectiveness of a quality management system. It enhances this system by focusing on customer satisfaction and meeting customer requirements. TMI was ISO 9001:1994 registered in September 2000. ISO 9001 registration has been maintained since that time. The ISO requirements and our corporate commitment to support them, keep us determined to honor our company's policy statement, "Quality is the Key to Customer Satisfaction."
